Uses the official World Masters Athletics 2023 age-grading factors (single-year factors, ages 30–110), which express how much slower a given age is expected to be than an athlete's peak. Multiplying your time by your age's factor gives its peak-age-equivalent value; dividing that by another age's factor re-expresses it as what that age would need to run to match you — the numbers shown above. This only uses the age-factor table, not a %-of-world-record score: current world records proved unreliable to compile accurately for every event and change often enough that a stale one would be actively misleading, so this sticks to the one dataset that's fully verified.
